As we fast approach episode 2500, I need to ask readers if they want me to continue for a bit longer or have they had enough. I have no idea how large it is, well over 3,000,000 words by some distance but that's about all I can say.
Are readers still getting something out of it? I still try to deal with issues that affect transgender people including children in between flights of fancy and mayhem. Are there issues I haven't explored, bearing in mind the general set up. Feedback is very important and I thank you in anticipation. Thank you also for your continuing patronage of my efforts.

Thank you so much, Angharad, for all those episodes! Bike is the first thing I read on BCTS each day. Times that I might have drifted away from the site, Bike kept me coming back. I also enjoy your other less frequent contributions.
I do hope you'll chose to continue. However I'll understand if you decide to cut back the frequency, go on hiatus, or even end the saga. You need to go in the direction that makes you happy. The demands of real life or flagging enthusiasm for a project can effect any writer.
Again, thank you (and your feline conspirators) for all you do!

"Bike" has become like a close dear friend whom you connect with on a daily basis. If you decide to end it, I know I will miss all the wonderful characters you have created for all of us.
Although, I would love to see this lovely story continue for many, many chapters; it is your choice as the authoress to decide whether to bring the series to an end or to keep it going into the future.
If there is ever a story "Hall of Fame" created, I would bet that "BIKE" would be the very first one voted into it; or at the very least be placed in the top 5 to go in. Hugs, Janice Lynn

Yes, I would like it to continue, but my main concern would be for you, as the author. If you feel that you can't continue, I would be disappointed - but your personal well-being comes first.
Now that that is off of my chest, I wouldn't feel disappointed if you wanted to build a buffer, or just take a week or two off and enjoy life without worrying about the little screen.

I enjoy Bike but I also enjoy your other stories. I wouldn't want to see Bike stop completely but maybe cut it back to a weekly dose which would free you up time to do other stuff, getting on with your life, writing other stuff, editing Gaby (lol).

Maybe the cast of Gaby and the cast of Bike can meet in a reality TV show where they have to face each other in a winner takes all shopping spree. No holds bars. I want to see stilettos flying and maybe someone get beat with a bra strap.

I'd like to see some things.
Like Cathy vs Julie Bindel (I can just imagine the shit-storm cause by a trans woman in the nobility with the terf crowds and press as well. ) and I'd like to see some non-binary characters and maybe a little football or music things like what Cathy likes, the kids. Even some of the politics maybe because there's a pretty conservative kind of racisty bunch getting popular over there right?
And has Cathy ever raced formally yet?

I have to agree with the views above, in my case it's the last thing I read before I close the laptop at the end of the day, likewise I have read it all the way through a few times after the occasional break from this site. As Maddy said, if you reduced it to a weekly episode then that would enable the story to continue although Maddy does have an alterior motive!

As I mull the matter over, it almost seems like our two houses share a driveway, and I get a summary of the days' events quite often. As I look back to the date the first episode of "Bike" was published, I'd been living my own TG drama for some two and one half years and since, to some extent, parallel events have occurred in our lives. Though, I must admit that my own life has been much more quiescent.
I enjoy this story and would like to suggest that you keep on, though I also know that one day, bike will end and I will feel privileged to have witnessed it all.

I love bike, I even have a dead tree copy, so I must be a fan. I would love you to continue, but that is just me being selfish, it is your decision.
However, I am going to be truly selfish and say that at the end of bike episode 2500 you put ‘TO BE CONTINUED IN 2015’
Your recent blogs saying ‘too tired to write tonight’ gives me a cause for concern.
Please take a break, recharge your batteries and start again, if you wish in the New Year. The hiatus in posting gives you a chance to relax, perhaps write a cache of episodes to give you even more breathing room, or write new stuff instead.
Please use my suggestion and get more sleep each night, then return renewed when you are ready.
I cherish you as a friend and writer, more than any story, no matter how much I love it.

I like everybody look for bike to read every day. But the decision to stop is yours as we the readers of this wonderful series only read it and if you decide you have to end it then so be it! Its been and is its been a wonderful 2500 epos that I'm sure everyone but small, small few have Enjoyed Your series For about Seven Years now. An my Vote is to continue it But like I said that your decision not ours. Thanks! Richard

If (a) you're still willing to write Bike and (b) people are still willing to read it, carry on.
One day I'll get around to catching up on the 500+ episodes I've missed (along with the summaries on the Bike Wiki, which, as with the spreadsheet predecessor, was largely a one-man project. If anyone's daft enough to write a couple of sentences summarising an episode they've read (at any point in the canon) together with the date it was published, then either edit the wiki directly (source view only due to the way it's constructed) or send it to someone who can, I'd be eternally grateful :)
