Going back through your blog the last reference to (this?) lecture was several weeks ago. I am sure I am not the only one wanting to read more details about the lecture.

the lecture was on being trans, hon.

And I gave it at my church. I read my poem "Dear God", I gave some definitions, I had people try writing with their wrong hand, and I told my own story and took questions.

Huggles, Torrey !

Dorothy - Fantastic

I knew you could do it !! Maybe now you will believe more in yourself like so many of us believe in you.

I am curious as to what church you gave your lecture to? My LGBT Adult group meet at the Beaconsfield United Church and we had a reception last week where we met the Moderator of the United Church Canada who was in our area for meetings. They are one christian church who are openly standing up for the LGBT community through their program of affirming churches. The Moderator seemed to be a very down to earth nice person and he had time to speak to us individually throughout the reception.

Do you want to share your awesome lecture with us on this site?

Keep plugging away on your speaking skills, Dottie.

Ruth

May the sun always shine on your parade

Congratulations Dorothy
