lightoffury's stories are missing. lightoffury is one of my favorite authors. on crystal hall fan fiction, lightoffury has a link for lights whateley stories under the caption "lights big pile of crap". to me those stories are not crap. i hope that lights self-image will improve and that lights stories will be put back in bigcloset.

Clearly I need to get in the habit of saving everything I like, because things I enjoy re-reading disappear disturbingly often.

I hope she comes back, her work was some of the most compelling I've read here.

Yes if you wish to go back years later and re-read something it's best if you do save it. Personally I began saving stories way back in the late 80's from everywhere I could find them and burning a copy off to disk. I'm more discriminating these days but I still save all stories that are well written regardless of genre. I've went back to find a story on certain story sites and poof they were gone! So I would dig through my stories folder an eventually I would find it.

LightofFury did say that she was leaving the writing scene sometime back. I'd not known that she had removed her stories as well though.

Just a note on that link, that only points to Whateley Fanfics, not all of LightOfFury's stories. One of my personal favorites was Awakening, but that one is not Whateley related.

I would also say that I agree that her stories are very well written and I hope to see more of them.

to get lightoffury stories use the link guest reader gave and then on the calender click 2014 and click on aug 4, this will take you to a saved lightoffury story collection. click on lightoffury name like normal and you will get a list of her stories. i did and then bookmarked the page, and awakening is one of the stories there.
