I’ve added two Kindle books, one brand-new and one almost-new, and the Amazon worker bees should have then published by this weekend. The ‘almost-new’ is Powerball, which first appeared here on BCTS, but this is an expanded version with over 20,000 more words—that’s over 35% larger!

The brand-new book is A Necessary Fiction, and I’ve been working on it for quite a long time. It’s about college students, a Psychology class, a missing childhood, and the restaurant industry. It’s highly detailed, nearly day-by-day, as Tony Drummond discovers his lost past, changes his present, and moves into her future as Elizabeth. It’s also massive, over 320,000 words—I said it was detailed!

thank goodness

I love detailed book. They make life so vivid. I hope it goes well for you. I know Unreachable hit its stride with audiences, but some people didn't like its length. I will keep track of the awesome reviews you get. Part of me thinks that modern society doesn't like lengthy books and they are going out of vogue, so it will be interesting to see how it does.

As always, best of luck and may the numbers be forever in your favor.

… from you are really something to look forward to Karin. Your description of A Necessary Fiction is also persuasive as blotting out or reinventing a tough early life is I imagine something many readers will have experienced
