29 years of living and working full time as me - no wonder I feel tired. No regrets, well not major ones.

Incidentally, Bike is 8 years old on Thursday. Where does the time go?

PS. sorry for the lack of posting last night, I finished late and my broadband was playing silly buggers. Hopefully a better result tonight.

Hard drive full

So much happens over a lifetime that makes nonsense of our puny attempts to plan ahead (I'm not the woman I was 40 years ago but the reflection in the mirror does bear a similarity to my grandmother). Last night talking about memory problems a friend said it was because his hard drive was full.
8 years of Bike is a remarkable achievement and when you don't post I re-read with pleasure from earlier in Cathy's life. Thank you Angharad.

Thanks for leading the way and staying strong to your beliefs. You are a shining example to us the younger generation and I'm proud to have met you here on BC.
Thanks for the time you take and spend for us your readers. I know that as your career comes to an end there should be no expectations from us of you but I do hope that you will continue as the wonderful author you are for our benefit.
Here's wishing only sunny sky's in the future for you in your retirement. My this begin to be a time of relaxation to do as you truly wish and may your health be tops to spend maximum time for you.

Love you lady!!

I was totally scared.

When I looked into the mirror yesterday and there was my mother looking back at me. At first I thought it was a visit from the grave but my oldest Anna laughed and told me to get over my self I just looked like grandmother It wasn't really her.

Your question reminded me of a scene from the BBC series Red Dwarf where Holly the computer was trying to navigate at light speed. "By the time you see the problem it's past you and it is brown trousers time!" Living at the speed of life is a lot like that. Then when things calm down a bit you wonder where did all the time go.

Thank you for all your work in all your writing, I still like SNAFU allot, but The daily Dormouse is my favorite daily reader. Yes I do reread the past issues when you take well earned time off.

Every time I look at my account here, just how those years get behind us. It's good, though, to glance sideways and see that others are pedalling alongside, and sharing a look now and then.
