I wish I knew what the answer is
However, I don't. I'm sure she doesn't know how to deal with it. After all, Spock never wrote a chapter about dealing with gay or transgender children. I would hope she'd try to understand. In the mean time, here's a warm hug.

Give it time. She knew you as one thing for how many years, that's not so easy to get over. Try taking small steps that she can be comfortable with, perhaps rehashing some old stories or feelings that helped you come to terms with who you are.
