Nobody truly understands how you feel, we are each different
I say that because although many, including me, deal with the same type of feelings each of us are on our own journey. Each person trying to get through the day has a different approach or coping mechanism that helps them continue on the journey, even when the destination is far away or hidden. Talk to your counselor, (I hope you have a good one) be honest and open, if you are hiding from them then you are wasting your time.
But you need to know that you are not traveling the road alone, the people here are all in different places on the journey and can give advice. Hang in there!
