Once again the seasons have changed. For me its now getting cold, for others its been that way. I do wish that all my brothers and sisters are taking care to protect themselves from the elements. Dress appropriately for the weather(you don't have to sacrifice style and taste to do so) and make very sure that you're also taking measures internally. Drink plenty of fluids, one can dehydrate quickly in winter just as well as summer. Teas, coffees, hot chocolates are nice but don't forget juices. Vitamin C and potassium are vital. slips and falls are frequent so Vitamin D is also important. Do what you can to maintain any physical regime you practice. Also this is the season for thieves, protect your purchases and purchasing practices. Situational awareness to protect yourself and valuables. I'd very much like us all to have a happy and safe winter. Feel free to add any other tips to this blog post. *many hugs*

Please, clean your sidewalks

Please try to keep your sidewalks free of ice and snow. Many people both young and old are using them and could slip and get seriously injured. Your newspaper person and letter carrier will thank you for your caring about them and their safety as well. This is my tip for the winter season.

Speaking from personal

Speaking from personal experience if you have them in your neighborhood please clean around the fire hydrants and drains so the firefighters can access them. Weather may turn rough but fires never take a break, your few minutes of effort to clear one could mean the difference between life and death.

I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime
