Dear all,
I logged into BC today for the first time in six months and I'm sorry I haven't been around - please don't believe any rumours you probably haven't heard. My muse has escaped me, I haven't written a word since last summer and have no sign of doing so in the next few days. The stories will be concluded but I can't give a timescale.
I'll check in a bit more often - I promise.

Ah! From the title, I thought maybe you were asking for recent rumours. I'm afraid that most of the rumours I've heard would get me banned. *wink*
Glad you're around again. Don't worry so much about the muse - being bemused isn't always a great thing. Things will come when they come - all I can suggest is what Terry Pratchett said. If you can't write on one thing, write something else.... You can always write grocery lists, recipes for the month, menus for the weeks coming up, or even write up a full inventory of belongings for insurance. (I need to do that myself)
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

My muse was spotted earlier today trying to hide. I grabbed it before it could make a run for the door and have bribed it with non-alcoholic substances. So far it's produced me 1500 words of brand new material, possibly for publishing later today.
