Bikini? Hardly
I'm post op so could do, but my Amish body image prevents it. For swimming I wear a bikini but under a Burqina. No one has ever said a word. It is a public service for people my age to keep it covered.
I have a swim suit
its not a bikini, but I like the fact it hides a few flaws ...
I swim in a conservative swim dress
I swim in a conservative swim dress with attached pantie. It tends to float up some in the water, but when I get out, it hangs down to fully cover the unsightly.
However, as apposed to tucking, I wear a control pantie under it, the testes are up in the body cavity similar to when tucked, but the other is pulled up against my belly and held there tightly by the control pantie. The skirt of the suit easily hides any evidence.
BTW, I don't know where your are located, but here in the Pacific Northwest of the US of A, it's a long way from swimsuit season.

I gave up wearing a bikini quite a few years ago. I don't want to frighten the children. The weather is certainly suited to wearing something cool here right now

Bikini
I just tuck when I wear my bikini. I did some swimming at our local town beach last summer. I had been on HRT for less than six months and was 54 then but it did appear that I was better looking than some of the GG's there. Oh, I am 6 feet tall and used to be a U.S. Army Infantry Drill Sgt. :)
