Today is March 29 for some on this site who was over in Vietnam know the hardships that we went through. A lot went over went through hell. Some of us came home but some didn't. I came home to lot of protest. But still made it home. Just want to say welcome home brothers and sisters.

Thank You

I just wanted to say thank you. I wasn't in country, but served 3/66-3/69 US ARMY. All of us came home to being called "baby killers", and being spat on. We quickly learned never to speak of our Military Service until the late 90's when some began to figure it out.

Thank you.

= Give everyone the benefit of the doubt because certainty is a fragile thing that can be shattered by one overlooked fact.

To all who have served, and

To all who have served, and especially to ALL Vietnam Veterans. THANK YOU FOR SERVING AND WELCOME HOME.
My tour was from 1 Apr 66 to 1 Apr 67, so yes, you could say I was truly an April Fool. Was stationed at Tan Son Nhut AB with the 377th Air Police Squadron, which was re-designated as a Security Police Squadron in May 1966.
For anyone who may be interested, I saw a man and woman on a local news station who have a website Vietnam 50.com who are offering a FREE Book and Short film to ALL Vietnam Veterans and/or their families. Apparently you go on this website and "enroll" to get these two items when they are finalized. The titles are "A Time to Honor Vietnam Veterans" "The Journey Home".
Have not visited the site yet, so I can not tell anyone about it other than what I have just written above. They did show excerpts of the two items and both looked interesting.
PEACE to ALL, and again Welcome Home and Thanks for Serving.
