Besides the setting
which was beautiful and the voice on that young girl listening to her sing made me wonder. Wonder about the electro-magnetic spectrum on which all life depends. Wonder about the mysteries of the universe and whether the universe was created or just popped into existence and if so what came before.
I'm firmly in the camp that feel we're all created; watching and listening to that video affirms that belief for me. Here are the whys'. The electromagnetic spectrum ranges from light to sound; light that we see to light we can't see to sounds we hear and those we can't hear. Within that spectrum are lights and sounds that touch our souls:That heal. Listening brought tears to my eyes and I felt my heart expand and I believe that not only came from her voice but from her dress as well. I am also a believer in sacred geometry;phi, and Fibonacci numbers/sequencing. My guess is that that dress incorporates that in the design and in the colors too.
We spend our days under artificial lights but natural sunlight heals. We spend our days in shoes that holds our feet rigid but the meridians and joints in our feet needs the stimulation of individual movement which I believe reflexology is designed to remedy. Earthing or grounding is walking barefoot on the ground which helps to balance out/shed built up ions accumulated through the day.
I'm tone deaf, can't sing a lick, and the only thing I can play is a radio but my understanding over a hundred years the musical scale was altered slightly from the Solefiggio? to what's used today. The old tones/notes vibrated perfectly with the centers in our bodies that correspond to resonance while the new ones produces notes that are slightly off irritating those centers. So when Barb says classless society to me it goes beyond mores (is that the correct word) but rather speaks to being out-of-tune with the nature of the universe and a degrading "sick" society.
Barb if you feel that I've taken my reply in a direction you didn't intend or if you feel that it distracts from that young lady's performance I'll be glad to delete it or start a new on this topic.

Our world has changed. The only part of your post I didn't agree with is you offering to remove it for discussing God, the wonders of His creations, and our place in His world. Have we all become Thomas and want to run and hide when someone looks at us and asks, "Do you know Him?"
On your other comment about getting one's feet on the ground. I could not agree with you more. I have said as much to many others over time. We disconnected when we built our concrete cities, high rise apartments, and cubical offices. Our world would be more in harmony if people were getting dirty from the land instead of the grim and filth of industrial, city grim. Sometimes I eat a little more of that 'good dirt' than what's healthy. Oklahoma is the only place in the world one can be stuck in a mud hole and have dirt blowing in their face. I received a refresher course a couple days ago.
Royal Raymond RIfe was one of those who understood the harmonic vibrations of all things are specific to each life form. Music, vibrations, has been used as a healing and soothing application since human's arrived. Is there any doubt music can shift our mood, change our focus at certain times? Such as the march of the drums as soldiers went to war.

You actually went right at what I pictured it to be for ladies, I never articulate it(I lack the fashion gene!) so I went with what would be prom dresses for girls and ladies but with more flesh being covered. For toned down look but still formal I had the classic Audrey Hepburn "Breakfast at Tiffany's" style LBD...
But in defense of some, there are good reasons for going with jeans or skirt and a t-shirt for everyday wear. Simple comfort but also adaptability and varying weather makes for wearing nicer looking clothes impractical and/or dangerous. As much as it is nice to wear a beautiful dress, being able to take off a layer or two or add on a layer or two is more important than looking nice especially where I am from.
