I Hope It Goes Well for You and Your Children
I can tell that this has been extremely difficult for you, and I expect very expensive. I hope a positive resolution (at least for now) is achieved for both you and your children.
Court
Good luck. Family court is never any fun. They say they "take the welfare of the kids" as their priority, and have no care at all for the other people involved.
Update 1
I'm in the building and just had some lunch. We were 2 hours early but I want to meet my legal rep beforehand. Bumped into her in the car-park so she knows I'm here.
I've been told that it's a different Judge, one I've never met. That shouldn't matter but ....
