Well, I weighed myself yesterday, and I'm doing petty good. I'm down to 270 lbs. which is as light as I have been in a long time. Yay!

I've been losing weight recently too. About 3 months ago I was 180 lbs. A few days ago I was 151.

I've been eating less, more often. Haven't really altered my diet otherwise.

Honey drizzled Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, a fruit (apple or banana, generally), and fruit juice (apple, orange, or, when in season, apple cider) for breakfast.

A ham or chicken and sharp cheddar on whole grains sandwich for mid-morning.

Another of the above sandwich for mid-afternoon.

Dinner varies, but it's usually fairly light, soups, chicken or fish stir fries, shrimp stir fry, chowders, burritos... stuff like that. Every Wednesday is official pizza day, and I'll occasionally get a pizza on another day of the week as well.

I used to eat double my current portions, only twice a day.
