BigCloset is not a social media site, it's not chaos and it's not a place without rules. One of the rules is don't post as a story something that isn't a story. A piece of a story that doesn't have a title yet, that's perhaps posted to draw comments and be developed later into a story should not be posted as fiction. It should go probably as a blog or as a forum post under one of the writing categories. There are places here for such posts but they don't belong with the stories.

The top thirty posts of the center column of the front page are for stories, or very occasionally an important announcement from yours truly that needs to be seen by everyone. Please, respect other people's right to post stories there.

Hugs to all and Happy Easter,
Erin

Exist for what Erin is talking about. I will frankly admit my stories have more than I like of myself, but I suspect that is the price of writing. You write what you know about.

I do find how everything is integrated after the fact on this site interesting, I don't think I've seen anything like it before.

The TG Fiction list on Yahoo has a more interactive purpose and rules. It might well be a more appropriate venue to post ideas and stories in progress and ask for advice.

Good question

FWIW, you are not alone, mine's gone also. I suppose Erin and her merry band of leprechauns are up to something.
