If one of your favorite authors offers one you don't have, you accept graciously, but if you already bought it, you should still be gracious that you got to read it already!

Those stories available here and elsewhere for nothing won't be promoted. Only the few new novels that have never been posted on-line (whether for payment or not) are eligible for promotion through Amazon..
