The release of the new book is going smashingly well. Oh my God, I might actually be able to make it as a writer. I know my writing isn't for everyone and I rubbed a few people the wrong way (still wish they would accept my apology, I'm not the same person I was 6 weeks ago).

So Wrestling Against Myself is out and I'm ranked number 2 in my genre. It's awesome and humbling at the same time. The book is a solid story and not as extreme as God Bless the Child. It does have a Christian message in it, but it really is about a freshman m2f and a senior wrestler that falls in love with her. I think it is a realistic portrayal of what might happen in real life.

Even though the reads, kudos and comments aren't where I wish they would be on the site, I will still post the novel in its entirety on the site and then offer it for free the day after I post the epilogue. I would love for reviews on Amazon and people hitting the like button (it helps with the ranking).

Anyway. Here is proof I made it to number 2. Would be cool if I got to number 1.

Congratulations, Katie!

You can chant the same as the San Francisco 49er's football fans:
"We're number two!"
"We're number two!"

But I don't think they find it quite as satisfying. ;-)
