It's three fifty-six and my wife and I landed at SFO an hour and a half ago from Italy. Got up at 4am local time and flew to Paris for an hour and a hlaf layover. We then flew direct to San Francisco, yep it's a long flight and to make matters worse my Kindle died half way through Karin Bishop's I should have known. Need less to say I'm just a little tired right now and will start editing Lashes as soon as possible, probably tomorrow afternoon, but I have some real life issues to take care of first, Like making enough money to pay the mortgage. Sorry for the mistakes in this post, but my brain isn't working on all cylinders, Arecee

It's good to know you returned safely.

I hope you enjoyed your stay

I hope you enjoyed your stay in Italy, and that your first experience of that country was different to mine.

Turin, July 1999. I'm on my way to Pisa to meet Alessandra, a girl I met online. (It wasn't like that, we were both into Dark Skies.) Anyway I leave the railway station looking for a medium-priced hotel and within two minutes I find a crowd gathered outside the entrance to an apartment block. At its centre is a woman of about forty, hands on hips, glaring down the street with an expression that would have had Genghis Khan running for cover.

The object of her anger is a dishevelled individual who has clearly spent a night on the tiles. He holds out his hands in apology, but to no avail. There follows a tirade, and I don't need to consult my phrasebook to know what is being said.

The only thing missing from the scene was Anthony Quinn shouting 'Rosa! Rosa Bombolini!' (I forget the name of that movie, maybe someone here can remind me of it.)

And Alessandra? She turned out to have a crush on Jeri Lynn Ryan. But we still had a great time.

Ban nothing. Question everything.

Glad You Made It Home !

Travelling from east to west is usually much less disturbing than going in the opposite direction. You can get a prescription medicine called melatonin that helps overcome the time change factor, that causes many people a lot of confusion and difficulty in getting back to normal. It works very well and has no serious side effects if any.

Once you have recovered, I am sure we will all be looking forward to reading your next story on BCTS. Have a nice long sleep if you can. Bless.

Can't do it

I was lucky enough that several of my customers put off needing me for several jobs. It's eight here on the west coast and time to go to work, Arecee
