Sorry, life has prevented me doing Bike tonight, had a long phone call from my needy friend which sort of used up my evening, which on top of a 12 hour day has sort of left no energy for scribbles.
I'm out tomorrow evening but will try and do some Bike if I get home early enough. I might try and do another 'Bonkers' if I get time in the next couple of weeks.

A little bit of 'Maldwyn' goes a long way. Maldwyn is Welsh and I think it roughly approximates to pampering and sympathy by a third party ... (usually an older female relative - like mam or mamgi or chwaer fawr).
I'm sure Steph will put me right if I'm completely wrong.
