As I general rule, I always picture myself as a bottom rung kind of person who is trying to get to the next level but always seem to have some difficulty. I hardly ever see myself as popular or good at something and that mindset helps me continue working and improving. I oft times have this theory that something bad is going to happen and that people general dislike me for various reasons. I know my writing doesn't appeal to everyone, but whose does?

But there are times that things happen that really do amaze me. Success that comes my way that I really wasn't expecting. On October 3rd or 2011 I penned and post a story called The Dress Punishment. It was a sudden rush of inspiration, an idea that came into my mind that seemed too delicious to pass by. I chuckled as I wrote it. How I would have people in an uproar while they thought one thing and I pulled the old switcheroo on them at the end. It got reads, it got comments, it got kudos and it was all well and good. Like everything in the world, I thought it had run its course and there would be a nice thing to look back on now and then. Then the numbers started mounting. Every day a bunch of people would still read it. It came to the point where I was wondering if I was sleep web surfing and hitting the refresh button on the page. Then there is my career on Amazon. Unreachable was a story I wrote that really grabbed people. It is a cute story and one that I am proud to have written. Right now it sits with 48 reviews and many of them are positive. I'm hoping that I can see the story hit 50 reviews sometime soon, because that's a nice round number. Reviews seemed to be a dying breed on Amazon as of late anyhow, but I can still count on a few showing up a month.

Right now I am in the middle of writing Phenom... the fourth God Bless the Child book. I am over 70k words on the first draft and I'm hoping that I have something to publish in June. Then I can work on the Sequel to Unreachable.
