http://www.maddybell.com/Gaby401.htm shows the modified 404 page.

Unfortunately Gaby401.htm has gone in a different directory and it is not Maddy's fault, there is an entirely parallel set of directories and I do not understand how this happened or how to fix it even after Piper tried to explain it.

I think I've seen that structure (I pulled a local copy of it once so I could use it offline).
Don't feel bad about not understanding it. The 'fix' is to simply copy the file into the other set of directories, right next to the other two working files.

I'd have to speak with you more, probably PM's or emails, to find out the structure, how you're accessing it, and what you're seeing - then I can make real suggestions.
For example, saying 'the default', it's obviously not the default for the website, so something else is seeing it as default (the ftp program, perhaps?)

I was surprised to see three news posts for three weeks, even, because I've been checking every couple of days and this is the first time they've shown up.
I can't wait for the chapter to be fixed! I'm really excited to get started on book 11!

It's worth waiting for the paper version, can't get an authors signature on a digital download and it's miles easier to peruse at will. Looking forward to it.
I just read part four of book 12......
And it was another wonderful addition to the story and the series.
As usual, you left us hanging again! I hope to see the next book soon to see how Drew copes with his latest misadventure.

The majority of Danes speak English better than the English or Americans do? So the characterization is a bit exaggerated in parts. Yep, visited Denmark so I know.
Have
been there myself several times in the last five years and outside of Copenhagen and the tourist honeypots my experience was that you'd often have more luck with German than English - my Danish runs to 'Tuborg'!
