I used to live about an hour from baltimore.

One hour?
In an hour a person can:
walk about 5 km
bicycle about 20 -30 km
ride/drive an automobile 0km (in a traffic jam) to 200 km (on the Autobahn)
fly an airplane 150 - 700 km
fly(?) in space ~ 10's of thousands of km.
So I suppose all of us COULD theoretically be an hour from Baltimore?

Close to Baltimore.
I used to live way south in Maryland, St. Mary's County. A higher concentration of red necks and cro-magnon throwbacks you couldn't find outside of Jim Crow era Alabama. It takes a strange breed of person to stand up and proudly call themselves a SMIB; which stand for Southern Maryland In-Bred.
Left there for DC and really got a real close up view of the inmates running the asylum.
I hope the cops in Baltimore don't act like typical cops and actually put some effort into finding the criminals targeting transmen and transwomen.
Violence for the sake of violence.
If the leaders of the world governments and there support system of the Finical Unseen who can use there wealth to hide there identity and locations, Were subjected to the violence perpetrated against the the 98 percent of us. This problem would go away.
The answer is not violence towards them but our realizing what the game is and as much as possible finding ways to not play the game. Peace is possible we just need to want it enough and stop being willing to accept violence as the way it is.
With those with open eyes the world reads like a book
