I really enjoy Danny.
I am on my fourth read through it.
Sorry, but I have to say this again: I really wish Ms. Cabot would continue with it.
Not to nag, but just to show my appreciation for a very enjoyable story.

she drops in

form time to time but has been real busy in RL, I'm still waiting for chapter 7 also and she said it would be out by new years, I forget 2010 or 2011. hopefully her muse will find her some time to finish it.
and RL will treat her with more grace.

an apology

Hey, Allison.

First off, I really am so grateful that there ae people out there who like my writing. And a personal thank you to you, Allison, for your post. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Yes, I have heard you, but, what can I say? If it was your intention to get my attention, you already had, a long time ago. As I mentioned to you and others before, I am indeed working on getting some new stuff out.

But life is not just about writing.

Life has been rough lately, and I am reeeally fighting to get back to some sort of even keel. It's really been tough. Some here know just how tough it has been for me. But I am truly trying to come back, and I am coming back slowly.

I have been back at work for a few weeks now, and I'm more or less stable and back up to 100lbs+ pounds now :-) and I haven't been in the hospital for more than a month.

I am trying not to live too much inside my head anymore, and obsess about the bad things. In less than two weeks, it'll be Baby Aiko's first birthday, but I think that Moe and I will be okay. We'll probably go out of town or something, provided the weather cooperates.

Keeping to a routine helps, and it's been a while now since I've needed any kind of help to find an appetite, pharmaceutically or otherwise. Actually, it's not about appetite for me but more sticking to a routine.

No vigourous exercise for me, as well, even biking, but Moe and I are into yoga and stretching exercises now as a substitute. No classes, yet, though, so DVDs and books are good enough for now. And it's a good excuse to "invest" in new exercise outfits lol.

I still love hot chocolate, though. Moe's been an angel and keeps the cupboard stocked with my favorite chocolate mix (it's only available here at this warehouse supermaket place called "S&R"). More than anything, it's because of her that I am persevering. And to remain true to what I preach. And to be true to what Holly and others here have shown me - be positive, and never give up!

Anyway, just to show you, Allison, that I am working on stuff, here are the wordcounts of the stories I am currently working on, both continuations and new stories.

Danny, Part 7 - 22,532 words
Shepherd Moon, Part 4 - 27,141 words
Girl Detective #1 - 67,547 words
Witching Hour, Part 2 - 14,622 words
The Library, Rewrite - 1,009 words
Transformers Revisited - 29,240 words
Journal - 2,002 words
Beyul - 4,142 words

I hope you can sit tight, and allow me to focus on some personal matters for now.
