Muffin, my cat is dieing. She has metastasized cancer. Holly and I were the fourth pets for Muffin. Previous ones of her people pets included Debby Bishop and Maggie the Kitten.

It is Hospice for her. Just like Holly.

So Sad

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've shed more tears over lost pets than I have for close relatives. I'm probably one sick person, but it probably reflects issues created while growing up.

I know just

you feel Shalimar we lost one of our cats a few years ago to cancer, Oscar was much loved by us all and his passing left a huge hole in our lives, My thoughts are with you and your family.

Muffin

Myself and my seven cats send our thoughts out to you at this time. I have lost many cats over the years and miss each one of them so much. I sincerely hope Muffin has had a full and rich life. The Goddess will have a special place for Muffin.

We lost our beloved Suzi over 30 years ago to metastized

breast cancer.

A Wisconsin Humane Society rescue we got back in late 1969, Just before Christmas I think. Hum, was she a birthday present for me?

Now we have the last of two siblings from the same liter, a 19 and a half year old. Add to that an aprox 4 year old male whose former owner was unable to care for. Lastly a just under one year old calico female cutie a tenant of my dad had to give up while she gets her life back on track. Yet another Humane Society of Wisconsin -- all chipped and digital these days -- and she is driving us crazy.

I pray that you know when to euthanize your friend.

We already know where near our rear flower garden dear Rusty will lie... near his late sitter.

Our furry friends and

confidants maybe of a different species, but that does not mean they don't love and are loved by us. It's often in doubt who owns who, but never ever is the loss easy to bear.
Biggest most gentle of hugs for you and Muffin.

Time to visit Holly

Dear Shalimar

Maybe Muffin having given you her love and attention this past year, as you mourned Holly, has decided to join Holly in heaven, to give her comfort and love.

I know how it is.

I had a cat, or he had me, from the time he was a kitten until he died sixteen years after he came into my life. He was a source of love and stability to me through some very bad times and I still mourn his loss. My love to you and Muffin.

You have my sympathy

I am sorry to hear that. I lost a dog to cancer recently and I still miss her.

My cat had cancer too.

Hardest thing I've done in years was to put him down.

I don't believe in suffering.

Also make sure other cats vaccinations for FeLeuk are up to date. Cuz in cats some forms of cancer are contagious!!

Dayna.

Sorry

Sorry, its hard. I still miss my kitty, but I remember him fondly. Our pets are as much family as our relatives, sometime more so. Just remember her it's all you can do.
