Hi all, I am about to leave for a week to the UK during which I shall be fairly busy, with limited time to scribble further adventures for Julina.

So far, I have already posted up to #33.

#34 is ready for posting, #35 is half written, as is the second of the Chivan series.

What do you think I should do?

Post #34 now, or leave it a week to lessen the delay before the next one?

Thanks in advance.

Julia.

This is up to you.

This decision is ultimately up to you. But, there is one question will help you. Ask yourself, can the content of the chapter you wish to post stand on its own? If yes, then post the chapter. If no, then wait to post the chapter, until the next chapter is ready to post.

Post it now

Hi Julia as a life long pessimist (who is occasionally pleasantly surprised) I would suggest you post it now, then it is of no further concern. Of course the fact I'm impatient to read the next chapter is of only minor consideration. Where in the UK are you visiting?
Regards, Dave in the UK

Itinerary

Fly into LHR, have 2 nights near Guildford (Churt), 2 nights in Town (a wedding and a theatre visit) and 2 nights In Tunbridge Wells. Fly out of LCY.

Will be in the famous Chow's restaurant in Westerham next Monday evening.

This is quite a relaxed visit for us, normally we have about 8 nights all in different beds, so we can take our time this trip.

I was over, in the car, a few weeks ago and did nearly 2,000 kilometres in the UK in 5 days, visiting people in 18 different counties in that time! Plus the 800 odd kilometres each way to the ferry at Calais. Yes, I was tired when I got back.

So this will be a breeze.

Last chance to visit Scotland

Last chance to visit Scotland before you need a visa?

I'd thought you lived in the UK. Are you a Brit ex-pat living in the States?

Hi Kris

nope - I'm an ex-pat living in Switzerland!

As Scotland originally made the Union, those hundreds of years ago, because they were bankrupt, I see little chance of an independent Scotland managing any better.
It would mean of course that we English no longer need to keep supply the millions and millions of pounds each year, so we would then have more to spend giving hand-outs to illegal immigrants and ignoring our elderly.

Enjoy your day
