Thanks to my dear sister of the heart, Cathy most everyone knows I had open heart surgery last week. To make a long story short, I recognized the symtoms and got help. Everything went well, and now I'm recovering. To make that easier I now have a new recliner and bed. Unfortunately, the old stuff went into my office where I can't reach anything except for my old laptop. Even that is too heavy for me to move given my post surgery restrictions.

So I'm not going to online much until we can solve this particular problem.

Thanks to everyone who wished and prayed for me. I know I was doing some of that too!
the Biggest of hugs to everyone!

Writing is what you do when you put pen to paper, being an author is what you do when you bring words to life

Please don't even be tempted to overdo things.

= Give everyone the benefit of the doubt because certainty is a fragile thing that can be shattered by one overlooked fact.

Great to Hear...

…that you're on the mend. I remember those weight restrictions from mine 18 years ago -- and also that I couldn't put in more than an hour or two a day on the computer for several weeks afterward. (I finished editing a 24-page monthly newsletter (down from the usual 32 pages) right after I got back -- and didn't get another one out for three months.)

So hang in there -- not that there's much of a choice, I guess -- and thanks again for all your past stories.
