What has happened to "my bookmarks"?

Printer-friendly version

Forums:

Suddenly yesterday, after bookmarking a posting I had just read, I went to look in my current list of bookmarks, and the option was no longer there in its usual place under the panel headed by my username with "(logged in)" displayed. When reading a live serial l like to keep my book marks restricted to the most recently read item. This way I can check if a new(?) entry really is, or of I have missed seeing some since the last episode I read.
Please, I have just reloaded the Home page, and it is still not there. Help, please.

Bookmarks

You can still access the feature - click on My Account, and choose the Bookmarks option at the top.

It's one more click, but it's likely related to the "security upgrade" to Drupal that was forced on the site.

Thanks

But I don't see where security would come in, since I would anyway need to be logged into get into bookmarks the way I have become accustomed!

Things have moved on!

I was unable to check on progress yesterday, being away from my computer. On trying things today I find that "My Bookmarks" has still not re-appeared in the logged in panel, but going to its "My Account" and clicking on "My Bookmarks" I found that the bookmarks format had changed, and in my view improved, by no longer being subdivided into pages. Maybe if my list was even longer I might prefer page division and using a "binary chop" to find a particular item, but for now I like it. Thanks Erin!
