In the beginning of December, Wren sent me her last chapter of A Familiar Experience. When I found out she had passed, it was hard to fathom for a while. I decided to post it in her memory :)

Does anyone know anything about Manitoba Canada. Its going to come up for me very soon in a story and my efforts on the internet aren't doing so good for finding info for me.

After some sage advice from someone on the site, I've decided I'm going to try writing the whole story or in this case, the rest of the story before I post any new chapters. So depending on how long that takes, it might be a while before there's a new chapter of it up here. I'm not saying there isn't going to be any new stories from me in a while, I might throw up a Non-Underappreciated One shot here and there...maybe a Christmas story as well. I did a lot of soul searching the other day after writing my last blog and decided that my Ego is a Big Jerk and I'm NOT listening to him anymore :)

In case anyone hasn't noticed....my latest story has been deleted. This wasn't an accident. In a moment of clarity today, I realized that it just wasn't right.

I'm kind of frustrated as of late. I'm beginning to think that my writing is dragging me down. I used to write every day and it used to be fun.

I have a serious dilemma I've been plagued with as of late. My most recent story, Season of the Witch, is finally winding itself down and I've really enjoyed writing it but suddenly noticed its actually taken me nearly six months to do so. This is by far the longest time its taken me to write a story.

When I first started this universe, everything was going fine. There was the right balance of story and characters, enough to populate the town and keep it still mysterious. Now however, the town has been starting to get flooded with characters and all different kinds of stories, all of which that seem to be happening at once. So sadly there is going to be a new DRU rule from now: No More Stories in Ravencrest.

I hate to do this but there's really no other way. The town is just too crowded now and not everything can happen at the same time.

I'm currently busy at work on Chapter 18 of Season of the Witch but have hit a little bump in the road. I'm halfway through the chapter and I've come to a point where the story can go two ways.
