Bill's passing has made things a bit more urgent as the status of the house is still unclear as to what will happen with it, and how long it will take!

I'm going to make this post, as Celebration of the Man I knew. One of the few people in my life, with that designation, that I can say was a positive influence on my life.

First the sad part...

He had a major stroke about 2 weeks ago, and has been unconscious and unresponsive for the last week. The doctors have decided that there is no chance of his body making any recovery, he also has a high fever that they can't get to go down.

Bill was a great Man. He wasn't a politician, he wasn't a super hero, but his present affected many in this community.

Sorry, but I'm really excited about this...

Last Saturday, I got a "bonused" secret shop... It's a shop that needed to get done LONG time ago, so they offered a BONUS to just get it done.

I have a short window of opportunity to purchase a Mobile Home from a friend at a low monthly rate direct from him.

It's in North Vernon, IN about 65 miles South of Indianapolis and I can't afford the Mortgage + Utilities and Food on my own. I'd bee looking for someone that could contribute between $300 and $400 per month which would include rent, electric, water + sewer and internet.

I urge you to create other online or offline backups. GoogleDocs is a GREAT resource for this, as is just emailing a copy of the story to yourself.

I found this article/blog on WOOT earlier about CHILDREN and GENDER EXPRESSION. The resulting forum thread is surprisingly intelligent, well discussed, and seems completely non bigoted.

What Lies Beyond Twilight was done a while back, and is a little cluttered, but has nice pop/visual and I decided it needed showing.

Hi Everyone! I posted this a few mins ago @ Crystal's CyberBoard and @ Fictionmania HyperBoard, so please forgive the redundant posting if you read all boards.

A couple years back, I created a new site design for TG Fiction dot NET and posted here asking for feedback, and got some great responses. Well, I'm trying out a new skin/layout over @ TG Fiction dot NET..

It's really a modification of an existing skin, but pulls the site together much nicer, with a friendlier, less jarring interface.

Well, I'm close to 3000 words into my new story. That's between 2 chapters unfortuantely.

I'm 2 scenes away from closing out Chapter One, and have a good start on Chapter two. The 2 scenes I need for Chapter One are probably 2 of the more important ones for that chapter. The ending scene is already written but those two scenes just don't want to come out, even tho I seem to know in my head what will happen.

I've been struggling these last few days.

I've been doing quite a bit of reading, and got in my head that I wanted to work on my writing.

So I got out my laptop, and I installed word, and I downloaded the several most promising "works in progress" that fit the mood of what I was wanting to write, and nothing.

I seem to be stuck in a rut for several years now. I have MANY MANY great story ideas, and can usually come up with half of a first post for a serial, but that seems to be about it.

As someone posted the UK April1 Gag earlier, about Google Translate for Animals.... I thought I'd post the US April1 gag....

Just a general FYI, the GabyZone.Com domain is currently down due to DNS issues that are beyond my control (I host the website, but not DNS for the domain). They GabyZone Chatroom is still available via standard IRC access, and from the web through http://www.cyberbrats.net .
