I was scoping out my favorite TG comics earlier this evening, one of which is Jade Gordon's Lean On Me. I've always found her artwork to be lovely, and since she's currently needing some commissions, I thought it might be time for me to get some drawings for my K&K series. Following some links in an effort to see if I could afford her, I went to Lulu.com to look at the book cover she did for a story titled Fool For Love by Lisa Lees. The Lulu page has a link to a preview of this story, and I was captivated immediately. This woman can write!

As everybody knows, I'm a sucker for happy endings, and Lisa promises exactly that in her story, which now has two sequels. If you are a fan of the Sweet/Sentimental and Teen stories, I'm positive you'll like Lisa's stories, so check them out. They are quite reasonably priced. Here is a link to Lisa's website.

Hopefully I'm not out of line by posting this, I have no financial interest in any of the websites I've mentioned, I just want to share what I've found in hopes that others might enjoy these stories also. She's also from near where I grew up, so I've got to give a plug to a fellow Okie, even if we've both moved away. Erin, please let me know if this is out of line, please.

In the meantime, I've still got to check Jade's prices, I hope I can afford her! I'd like to add some illustrations to the new stories I'm working on, I think they'd add so much to the reader's enjoyment.

Love & Hugs!

Not out of line at all. Why don't you make a weblink to Lisa's website, it will be easier to find than this blog in a few days for people who might be interested.

Hugs,
Erin

Done!

Thanks Erin, that never occurred to me. I'm quite taken with Lisa's writing; the novel and it's sequels are the kind of stories I'd be happy to have my nieces and nephew read for an enlightened and entertaining view of alternate sexuality and teen life.
