Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends here on BCTS.
I have not been around much, but I do think of you all often.
Lot's of things going on in my life, but as Kelly in my story "The life and Times of Kelly Anderson" says "And yet, Kelly knew that she had plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving Day."
I am thankful for my wife and son, and the support they show me.
I am thankful for my friends and all of my family for the privledge of knowing and sharing life with them all.
I was visiting my mother and father last week.
I had a private conversation with mom, and she finally asked pretty much right out about Kristine. And we had a good talk, and I answered her questions. She read Soul Mates (the one thing I've written I have always especially wanted to share with her)
When the talk was over, I said, "I love you, Mom." She replied, "And I love you, Kristine."
So yes, I know that I have much to be thankful for on this day!
Love to you all ... I hope you can all stop and take a moment today to find something to be thankful for.

You are indeed blessed
It's a real blessing when family members accept you as you, and not the construct they expect because of physical attributes. My father accepted me and in the last few years of his life, I was able to dress as I pleased when I when to visit him and he let me know that he didn't care if the neighbors saw me coming and going. He was totally unashamed of me.
