Has anyone ever read the book or seen the movie Inkheart? Well if you haven't, I recommend both. Its a story about a character who can read fictional characters out of books and into the real world.

Well I think I've been Inkhearted.

So I was in Walgreen's last night, picking up some well needed pringles. I went to the counter to pay for them and I couldn't help but pause when I saw the cashier. She was a teenager, probably around sixteen or seventeen years old, kinda pale, shoulder length jet black hair. What made me pause though was that she looked familiar to me. I thought maybe I'd just seen her there before but that wasn't it. She had this nose ring and a weird little tattoo on her neck. I thought "Hey that's kinda cool".

Then I saw her nametag...it said MARY.

I almost had a heart attack right there. It was like someone read my Mary Alice Crawford straight out of the Darkrealms series.

I was almost tempted to ask her her last name. I even almost shouted "I am your God, kneel before me!"

Ok so that last part is not true but that would have been awesome if I did. Regardless though, it creeped me out for the rest of the night that's for sure LOL.

Inkhearted?

All right...

I didn't read the book, but that was one of the shows on the "old" Twilight Zone" (I think that was the one) series many long years ago.

Strangely, the woman's name in that show was (I think), 'Mary'. [The first twilight zone, not the second one, there were a couple of years between them and the first one left more to the viewers imagination.]

EoF, are you sure you did not accidentally cross over into Ravencrest when you entered that Walgreens? :) Of course if you did you found yourself back in our world when you left. :)

I watched the movie several

I watched the movie several years ago with my daughter. We both enjoyed it very much. And I too recommend it.
