First decade = zero through 9.
Second decade = 10 through 19.
Third decade = 20 through 29.
So it'd appear that you're departing your third decade rather than entering it...

For the big three oh. For some reason that was the birthday that bothered me the most. 40 came and went, along with 50 with no problems but 30, that was the one where I looked in the mirror and said, "Oh my god I'm OLD!"

We are now qualified to do anything with nothing.
