It seems to me that I have heard of males living as women without any surgery, or hormones at all and not being intersex who have had successful lives. One case I heard of had cross dressed as a youth and as soon as they got in college changed to full time. I hope they have or had happy lives and that eventually that is how we will all do it. Of course, for an intact male, there is that troublesome masculinization, so I know they must have done something along the way.

I had I to do it over again, I would bank some sperm, assuming I was young enough for it to matter, get a castration and start on low level estrogen, but not do anything else. I just don't know how it would go getting a female partner because any women I have discussed it with want a male figure.

Having a penis

Doesn't make you male. Being male is a mindset. Bodies don't matter. Not every Trans woman wants surgery or can afford it. Some don't need it, and there's nothing wrong with that. There are also lesbians who respect Trans women's bodies. It's not impossible to find, just hard.

I know who I am, I am me, and I like me ^^

They could be PAIS to a lesser degree. It took me until I was 40 to really find out officially from doctors. From my experiences I could easily see others going through life and never finding out. Heck I would still be confused if I hadn't had an appointment with a dermatologist for a skin condition 4 years ago.
