I feel really beautiful - not.

I consulted my GP this afternoon about a couple of patches of something probably solar induced on my face and right arm. The bit on my arm is no problem, I have a plaster on it since he zapped it with liquid nitrogen and it feels fine. It'll breakdown and weep for a couple of days, crust over and heal up. The other thing is on my nose. He wasn't sure what it was but we agreed to zap it as well, though he did offer to wait a bit longer and have my nose amputated. I opted for the liquid nitrogen again. I now have a plaster on that as well but it keeps feeling like my hair is tickling it and is driving me nuts oh and tomorrow I have to see the hairdresser, Sunday I'm out dormousing, so will give them a good laugh and on Monday, have quite an important meeting with the environmental records people - I'm pushing to develop an atlas of the mammals or Dorset and they will probably take some convincing. I'll have others from the mammal group with me, but I'm the one providing the impetus at the moment.

Looks like life could get a bit more hectic over the summer and I could be doing a few more surveys and not just for dormeece.

Get Well Soon.

I hope it all heals up and things are not quite as hectic as they might be.

I hope the medical issue turns out Ok, looks like you haven't time to be ill. Don't be exhausting yourself though.

I know you are fibbing! Solar induced? Unless you've been slinking off to foreign lands that cannot be possible! Besides which you're too busy to be outside in the actual fresh air!

Just stick some more random plasters on your face and tell everyone it's a fashion statement.
