Okay,

Setting is a restaurant that is being sold to a chain of clubs sort of like hooters so that the owner can move on into a new business that has always been her dream. Good food, good drinks, pretty girls as servers wearing sexy outfits.

Problem, long term male server, who is really excellent, who is an accepted leader among the female wait staff, but who is not a girl and all of the club's people present as sexy women, including managers.

Recruiter from new organization wants him to preset as a female and be the site manager. He tours another club and is waited upon by a gorgeous girl who later tells him she is genetically male. He agrees to 'try' and gets taken to a salon for transformation.

Some things I remember specifically

After transforming, she (I will use the presented terms) goes to a nearby city to shadow the manager and get experience before grand reopening. Some of the wait staff fall ill and she steps in as sub, does her leadership things and has the rest of the staff getting on board.

She gets a snazzy car as her vehicle

She gets her wait staff involved in community volunteer work, especially working with the children's ward at hospital.

She plans, organizes and executes a massive reopening and ends up 'drafting' the corporate big wigs who came to observe as wait staff.
