Started a Halloween last year for 2016. Yep, it fizzled out and sits there on the computer staring at me daring me to touch it. I've hit it a couple times this past six months and added a couple pages. A couple pages! This is something new to me this past couple years. I never had to think about a story as they flowed from the keyboard to the screen and then memory.

BUT..., this isn't about me and my poor pathetic depleted mind. It is a reminder to all you writers Halloween is just around the corner. You still have time unless, you're burnt out like me, to put together a story.

On another note, took a look at several books in WallyWorld a couple hours ago. I would say "Somewhere Else Entirely" would be about four or five of those books which are selling for 24 dollars apiece. Couple days ago I read Shepherd Moon and yep that is just about one of these books.

Writers, getting published is like finding hens teeth but for those who make it, the push is worth it provided you didn't mortgage the wife, husband, kids, house, and car to get there. Just like movie stars you see up on the big screen. There are thousands who never got the brass ring but you'll never know if you don't try.

I wish all writers to achieve what they wish.
