So far, it's been really good. The book is now available for download from Smashwords in all Ebook formats (and pdf). Sony-Ebook-Samples licensed the free sample of the novel and put up a link on Google. Anyone clicking the Google link can read the sample and then there are instructions and link if you want to purchase the Ebook and read the complete novel.

Smashwords distributes to other eBook outlets, such as Barnes and Noble, Kobo, Amazon, Diesel, etc. 18 worldwide outlets in all plus Smashwords themselves.
I have 4 books there and, with no effort to promote those books on my part, in 2016 I sold 20 books. I write in another genre and publish on Amazon. Since I only have 2 books there, it would be comparing apples to oranges to contrast the sales. I can only say that commissions from Smashwords is about double that from Amazon and book selling prices are comparable. So I'd guess sales rate per book is about the same. However I did promote the two books, somewhat on Amazon.

Smashwords offers an affiliate system that offers commissions of 11% to 80.5%. If you haven't already done so, it's worth a look.

Since I find side loading to my nook a pain, I'll wait until it hits the Barnes and Noble site to buy it. But I'll definitely buy it then. It's a gripping tale that had my attention almost from the very beginning. Good job Charlie.
