All my stories that I post use exactly the same HTML preamble, with just the changes made to the titles.
Every single other one I have posted displays our "Anmar Grakh" 'logo' we use to alert readers. For some reason my latest (#90) does NOT display this on the Story Teasers page and yet DOES display it when you click on the story title and go there.
Tomorrow I must drive to the UK again from Switzerland, and back again next weekend. And then do it all again a week later.
I will have very limited time again during July and so would love for someone else to chase this down!

In fact the whole preview section looks kinda squashed up to me. This would probably indicate a misplaced tag, or something like that. That in itself might cause the logo to get missed or passed over.

It's been happening a lot but it's universal instead of something you did. Mine frequently don't show up, nor do other writers who use images in their teasers/headers. It's an annoyance but it'll show up eventually on your end.

Sometimes images get lost when one of our servers gets out of sync with delivery. It usually clears up within minutes.

I have High Sierra also, 10.13.4, which I believe is the current full use version (I'm not a techie, so I don't know a lot of stuff. LOL).
As far as I can tell, when I checked the front page about half an hour or so after Podracer and efindumb had posted about the Anmar Grakh being visible, I was also able to see it correctly. That had not been the case less than an hour earlier.
I had been able to see the image and corresponding text within the story earlier than that, but not from the teaser view.
