It's another of my unfinished books, or at least the cover of it. Maybe if I get some encouragement I'll be able to finish it - This Side of Forever.

You can see the cover on Patreon. If anyone's interested, maybe I'll post some chapters.

I have about six chapters written out of probably 15 to 20, so I don't want to start posting to BC and leave another story high and dry if I can't keep up my energy. I have probably 40 similarly unfinished stories on my hard drives and a similar number in my head or just a few notes.

I don't seem to get enough time to write what with one thing and another. I'm glad you liked the cover. The artwork came from Pixabay with no requirement to give credit but the artist was Stefan Keller from Germany. I adapted and modified the image for my purposes and I did the typography.

An interesting thing about that, I wanted to use the same gold for the string bikini in the lettering but when I sampled it, I discovered an interesting illusion. There is no yellow or gold in the image. Those strings are bright pale blue if you increase the image size enough to see individual pixels. :) They just look gold against the dark blue and brown (which is really red!). I had to use several colors of yellow and gold in the lettering to make it look like it matched the strings. :)

Thanks, again,
Erin
