Melanie Browns good work has inspired me to write again so I've edited chapter 6 of The Visit and posted a new Chapter 7. I've enjoyed Texas Belles that brought so many nice memories of my visits to Japan and she is a gifted writer with many great stories.

... unfinished stories that are really worth reading.

But as I wrote in another comment, It is just so totally and utterly frustrating when one reads a story and really get into it, enjoying every part of it, just to find there is no end.

Sometimes it feels that writers are the worst kidnappers of our imaginations, and then they choose to hold at ransom our need for resolutions to our dreams evoked by the worlds of wonder they created...

but it is the rare moments of beauty and peace
in between the chaos,
That makes it worth living."

Yes I did try to keep too many stories going at the same time and I sometimes get frustrated by lack of sufficient 'me time' to get back into character. I had a lot of problems to deal with including some health issues that needed attention. These things resulted in lost inspiration and sometimes I also get frustrated with lack of hits, comments or kudos that I interpret as lack of interest or poor story lines or readers wanting a different type of story..
A lot of my stories come from real life observations and sometimes from songs. Some from my early life.
I look at other stories on the site and finally I was inspired by stories from 2 regular writers into picking up again I decided to focus on The Visit to add more chapters towards what I hope will be a satisfactory conclusion. .
I'll try to pick up on other unfinished stories in due course rather than getting distracted adding more. Sometime writing is very easy and other times the ink doesn't flow properly. I never did this before I joined the site.
