Okay with all the snow and such keeping me outdoors trying to keep a path open from the house to the car and the drive clear enough so the car can get in and out, I've been a bit busy. As the weatherman is predicting yet another storm to come through over night to dump more snow on top of the couple of feet we can't get rid of now, I had planned on posting the rest of Morningstar in one last single post.

But after seeing the word length of what would have been the last post would be double of the other parts I decided to split it into two separate posts. I'll post up the ending sometime in the next day or so.

Snowy conditions

Nuuan, I'm sorry to hear about all the snow you are getting, but please don't send it my way. People here in Virginia in the Hampton Roads area can't drive in bad weather and like you I would get stuck in it as well. I live in the country and when it snows, we are normally the last to get our roads cleared.

The 2 inches of Snow that cripples cities...

I grew up in Newport News & Hampton. I know of those people of which you speak. The traffic patterns of the Tidewater area are horrendous at best and are the training grounds of future kamikaze stunt drivers. Add in a little cold and a tad bit of sleet and snow? They end up driving for the VA Demolition, Motors & Violence department.

Snowbird

I am quite thankful that I can do the snowbird routine and migrate away from the cold and stormy conditions where I spend my summers. I just looked at the forecast for NEPA and it is calling for snow, heavy at times tomorrow into tomorrow night. Hope you can stay warm and safe through the stormy weather.

Florida

Woke up Monday to 39 at least the sun is out, yesterday 44 and cold rain. They say colder later in the week.

Snow?

:What's that? NEVER snows here.
