I am getting a red box with message "File could not be created" repeated twice, at top of BC page. Otherwise, the site seems to be working normally. What's going on?

PUP Files
Yesterday, I was getting something like that and then Malwarebytes wanted to quarantine 78 PUP Files. I had been watching a Youtube Video and searching for a way to add grid lines to Google Maps when I was prompted to use Google Earth. All the trouble started when I started Google Earth.
Everything seems normal now.
Did got it too...
Did have that "problem" once or twice, just reload the page and voilà!
