You still have nearly four weeks and you're not the only on who hasn't finished yet. I think the only one I've seen so far is Rosie Redd's. It's just a bit of writers block, you'll get through it and write something great soon, you always do.

I'm in a similar situation, while I have mine plotted, I've been so tired after work and so busy with the little one on weekends I haven't written more than 300 words in in mine so far.
We the willing, led by the unsure. Have been doing so much with so little for so long,
We are now qualified to do anything with nothing.
as has been pointed out, I'm the only one done.
But I had an internet outage help on that regard. and if you just knock out 250 words a day, you'll get there.
Low Chance
I'm afraid that I have a low chance of finishing my story.
