Go to: https://kdp.amazon.com/en_US/contact-us

Select the topmost left item underneath "How Can We Help" titled: Amazon Store & Product Detail Page

A drop Down menu shows up and Select from the Bottom: Customer Reviews

On the right hand side a list of Amazon regions comes up. Select the Amazon region you are in. For the US its: Amazon.com https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/features-and-servi...

Now Select the menu for field option 1 and choose Customer Reviews. Then click the Email Button below in field 2 to contact them with.

Now you have a information field window to put in your information, links, and relevant material.

When done, press Send Email
