All my life

and I'm 49, I or my family only once had a dog. We certainly have had lots of cats. Their names

Sam
Sam II
Missy
Felix
Spike
Cleo
Tenten
Eponine
Misay(Which means cat in my wife's Filipino dialect

My favorite among that group is Felix who I taught to walk on a leash and Tenten. Tenten which if you spell backwards you get my wife's nickname, was a lap cat. He never met a lap belonging to a woman or a Polish Priest that he didn't like.

"Writing is like walking in a deserted street. Out of the dust in the street you make a mud pie."- John le Carre

Daniel, author of maid, whore, bimbo, and sissy free TG fiction since 2000

What the world needs is more geniuses with humility; there are so few of us left.- Oscar Levant

Cats rule! Bonzi says so.

I also noticed this:
"But cat owners were more likely to be female and living in smaller or single-person households."
