In the last seven days I have posted six things. Two Kit and Kin, two Transitioning Home, one 300 Rains and one Chalice and the Wand. Tomorrow there will be another Transitioning Home. That is a lot of stuff in a week folks. I hope you are enjoying the variety and the speed because at some point my hands are going to fall off.

I need to get back to work on Kit and Kin 13, which I already have stuff on and the rest of my unfinished projects. I am trying to clear out my backlog so I have nothing hanging over me when I start the next Tegan book.

That certainly is a lot for

That certainly is a lot for one week, and is definitely most appreciated. On a personal note I want to say thanks for your Transitioning home series, as that is one of the reason I feel inspired to attempt my own story. So many many thanks for all your hard work.

You are most welcome. I do

You are most welcome. I do love Transitioning Home. It is a powerful story that really does hit hard and kind of is in your face, telling things with pretty unvarnished truth. Sure I embellished here and there, but the core of the experience is real and I tried to make it as real a life as possible. If that inspired you then I am honored to have been a part of that. Good luck with your story.

Well, I for one applaud....

Your efforts, and look forward to your literary slices of heaven! Thank you so much for your contributions Heather! Big (Hugs) Taarpa

Heather, slow down posting some

and put some space between your postings to provide you some backup material. You will over work yourself and burn out.

Please slow down >< We love your writing but not at the cost of your joy of doing it.

That might be a good idea.

That might be a good idea. I'll think about it. I am usually a finish and post kind of girl. So maybe I will try sitting on stuff for a while, just in case.

Tegan book? Was that your

Tegan book? Was that your mainstream project?

Anyway, I'm curious about your whateley stories... are you going to write more about Chou or maybe Adriane? I really love both characters.

Thank you for writing,
Beyogi

Tegan is the mainstream

Tegan is the mainstream character that I am currently trying to get an agent for. I also sent the story out to Harper Voyager. I am in the process of plotting the second book. Lots of fun.

I am glad you like my characters. I really love them. As for more Chou or any other Whateley characters... I don't know. I got burned out on Whateley because of the reception of my last couple of stories. Some of the comments and stuff really just... so there you go.

Yeah, I guess that sucks.

Yeah, I guess that sucks. Some people are just too opinionated. If they don't like it because they don't like the characters, maybe they should just STFU. I'm not sure why some people feel protagonists in stories have to be perfect and always upbeat. If I was Chou I wouldn't be very happy either. Most of them wouldn't survive against their own standards, I think.

Anyway, I hope your muse will tickle you again ;) Thank you for all your writing,
Beyogi

Thanks for all the great

Thanks for all the great stories in so short a time. It must have been a true labor of love. Either that or one of your rabid fans has kidnapped you and is forcing you to write at gun point, which while I understand the motivation behind such an act, I must frown upon. :)

I can certainly understand getting burned out on something, especially something you have been working on as long as the whateley series, but I for one do hope you will go back to it at some point. I don't understand why some people feel the need to put down a story they don't like. Even more I don't understand why some people feel the need to put down a story they don't like when they are getting it for free! The only think I can think of is that they think they are helping some how by pointing out what they don't like, (or they could just be asshats, this is the internet after all and there are millions of of the pestilential pests. :P) not understanding that constructive criticism is more than doing that. It is also explaining why you don't like it, how you think it might be improved, and what parts you did like.

Of course my wanting more Bladedancer not withstanding you should write what makes you happy. I just hope Whateley will make you happy again at some point.

P.S. And since I am now a member of the forum at crystal hall I would be more than willing to tell the asshats to go to hell for you if you feel uncomfortable telling them yourself. :)
