That is wonderful, great and everything else. My partner Kim went to Montreal back when the surgeon was Jacques Menard (sp?), in '93. If you are nervous, try not to worry. Good surgeons only have little things go wrong and only very rarely. Healing up should be no problem, except maybe waiting to be fully healed and all that dilating. It's so cool when one of us BCTSers get completed!
Are you getting anything else done besides trach' shave? Just assuming you might need it/ haven't had it done yet; most of us do.

Jaci has been in my prayers...
For a long time as have you and most others here. Ours is not an easy lot, and though none of us face quite the same problems or desires or hurts, I believe most of us understand and support each other.
I'm sure all who are believers are praying for Jaci and those who aren't are holding wonderful, warm thoughts of her in their hearts, which is just as good. I'm sure she is beloved by all here and our good and hopeful thoughts, to whomever directed, will bring positive results.
