your going have to pick someone else for Paul d roger Moore no longer with us

Instead of Roger Moore, how

Instead of Roger Moore, how about another James Bond, Sean Connery?

A terrific choice

Karen, I think Sean Connery would be a very good Major.

I am rather more impressed with his recent characters (viz: Entrapment) than any of his performances as 007.

Wow! I never expected Maria

Wow! I never expected Maria to fund this! I thought you would have to do a GoFundMe thingie!

taxes

wolfjess7's picture

If it goes big or flops it doesn't matter to Maria or Anna. They need the tax write-off. This just gives them a bigger than normal write off. ONLY bigger write off is political campaign. Just look at the current administration for proof of that.

Crystal Ramsey

Nice touch adding Crystal Sprite's character from "I can't go home like this". Love all your works. Thank you and all your family for your and their service.

Casting Complaints

wolfjess7's picture

Okay can see where you're going with all these changes Snowfall, but I hate to tell you this. Take them up with the woman footing the bill. Namely go talk to Anna. It's her dime we're spending here. Last time I checked the Producer has final say in the casting of all rolls.

Hey, at least I didn't suggest Monica Belucci for Maria. Nice look, Italian, but too tall for Maria. Maybe she could play Anna. you never said she was petite.

Only problem with

wolfjess7's picture

Only problem with Monica Belucci playing Anna is the age. I don't know if the makeup artists can make her look old enough. I was thinking Sophie Loraine.

good idea

good idea having Tommy or Clint play General Polson. I like it.*pats Ef on the back*
Just can't have Moore or Connery play Dannigan, they've never done any accent other than British or Irish. Sorry Jess.

White flag waving

Okay already no Moore or Connery. Anna has agreed to that. Dannigan can be played by Joe Mantegna. And Micheal Ironsides for Joe Lando

Fun discussion

I think Joe Mantegna would be good as a Paul, although for some reason I thought of a Gary Oldman, who played George Smiley in Tinker Tailor a few years ago.

Wow! This has taken on a

Wow! This has taken on a life of it's own! My casting call in the Comments for Interpol Heartburn Chapter 16 indicated that the actor/actress could return from the grave if needed! So I cannot imagine either Roger Moore or Sean C (even though I admire their work very much) as The Major. I would resurrect John "The Duke" Wayne for that role but then...I am dating myself badly!

OG Ellery

Returning from the grave eh?

Well then there should be a place for young Dirk Bogarde in there somewhere. Good looking, smooth talking, able to get rough when needed.
But the director should be Kubrick. His attention to detail would be a perfect fit for the Black Badges way of doing things although the temptation to kill him mid shoot might be too difficult to resist.

So the movie is scheduled to

So the movie is scheduled to be released some time in the far flung future?
That just means we will have to get lawn chairs and either a tent, or camping trailer; LOTS of beer and soft drinks, LOTS of snacks, and warm clothing for cold weather, and/or summer clothes; while we wait in line to get the first tickets.
Sounds like a win-win deal to me.
Seen people wait in line for lessor projects and items. :-) :-) ;-)

Casting?

Kristine Capizeo by Ryan Newman

Why not a trans woman for the role instead?

Aurora

You know

Sammi's picture

It wouldn't be the first time an older actress had played a younger character, and also by the same token that a Singer/Song Writer had tried their hand at acting.

With that in mind, I put forward Kim Petras, as she stands 5 1/2 feet (just under 168cm)

"REMEMBER, No matter where you go, There you are."

I’m surprised

I’m surprised you don’t have Michelle Rodriguez in there somewhere

So I take it

This is some kind of put on? Kinda like a type of fantasy footbal kind of thing? Not a real work of fiction?
