The School Project
By Wargamerguy

Chapter I
“Mrs. Valerie!” Melanie shouted to get the others attention as she was about to leave her office. Valerie stopped and looked over. “May I have a word with you before you leave?”

“Yes, Of course, lets step into my office,” The two women went into Valerie’s office. She had a general idea about what it was about. She was the Principal of the High School and they were getting a new student that day. She moved in behind her desk and sat down.

Melanie said, “I see you have decided to dress very formal in contrast to your usual, lets say casual dress. Are you trying to look professional for our new student Rene and his mother?”

Valerie laughed, “What, This formal? “

It was formal and she did want to look formal and professional for her new student. That was just professional. Her dark colored formal business skirt and jacket made her look both formal and sexy. She was glad that she could still pull off the look in her late early forties. Never had to do much to her hair. It naturally curled and hung below her shoulders.

“Yes, you are right, so what’s on your mind, Valerie? “

“Its this new student Rene that I want to talk about. I think that he would be a good candidate for this years project. The one that you placed me in charge of selecting boy candidates. He would make a good one,” She said to Valerie.

“You don’t have to OK any of your selections with me. I gave you the full authority to select boys for the project. Why are you here for?” She knew that Melanie knew this also so she had no idea what all of this was about.

“I want you to help me. Rene is new here so it might be a shock to him to learn he must attend training and a beauty pageant as a girl. The training period as you know is twelve weeks and he is a boy, it will be very hard on him. Especially when he learns he has no choice. That decision has been made by the schools board and the state law. His mother is from Nevada. She could be a lot of trouble also.”

As always, Valerie swept it all away with a wave of her hand. She wasn’t the least bit concerned. Melanie knew that very few things worried Valerie. Valerie said smoothly, “I will take care of it if any of them try to resist Rene’s involvement in the project. If he refuses, he wont get any credits for the semester. They will find the courts, If they try to go that course to be very unhelpful. They all agree with this and they are bound by the Mississippi Law. And as you know, if they try to make too much trouble for us that we have the society, that you are a member of. They choose to move here, if they don’t like it then they can move back. “ Her eyes narrowed at the Melanie, “Are we clear on this?”

She gulped, “Yes, Ma’am. And thank you for your support. I can't wait to tell him that he will have to attend this school year as a girl. He can keep his name it sounds so feminine. “

She turned and left. Valerie noticed quietly to herself how Melanie could easily pass as a student instead of a teacher there. With her slim body, her young face and long blonde hair, she looked like she was sixteen instead of in her mid twenties. But, despite her youthful looks, the woman was as hard as a nail. But Valerie didn’t have any problem with her plans for young Rene. She wished all of her boys could would be forced to go though the program instead of just six a year. Or, better yet, she wished the state would pass a law forbidding boys could going to school period. There was something about boys that really pissed her off. She hated them. Why should she have to waist the counties resources educating them? Boys were so dumb.

*

Rene had just gotten out of the car and his mother got out on the other side. He didn’t like this move at all. He lost all of his friends and had to move all the way to Philadelphia Mississippi. He didn’t make a lot of friends because of his small frame and the face he was mistaken for a girl by boys and some girls at his old school. Many of the other boys felt uncomfortable around him once they knew he was a boy. Most of the girls were good to him but a few could really be cruel. He really hoped that he would be accepted better in Mississippi. He wanted to do well there. His mother had just driven up to his new school. She told him that they had a meeting with the schools principal. He saw the two women waiting for them when they walked though the door. He saw the surprised look on the older woman’s face when she saw him. She quickly covered it up with a professional detached outlook but he saw the look of surprise first. He just couldn’t help how he looked. He wished he could look more like a normal boy.

Both women looked at him and smiled. She reached out toward his mother and said, “Hello, You are Crystal Michells and this is your….son, Rena.” It was a question.

She laughed lightly, “Yes I am Crystal but his name is Rene. He hates being mistaken for a girl. “

She answered, “Well OK. I am Valerie Kendal and this is the assistant principal and one of administrators here. She is Melanie Kramer. Welcome to Philadelphia high school. Your son can wait here will we go into my office and talk privately for a moment if you please.”

They walked into her office as her son sat outside waiting. Valerie noticed that Rene sat gracefully into his chair, crossed his legs at his thighs femininely and folded his hands in his lap. 'Dam!' she thought to herself, ‘his mannerisms is so female. Does he even notice how feminine he appeared to others?'

His mother started off, “Mrs Kendal, Rene is very sensitive about himself. He really hates being mistaken for a girl, or referred to as a girl. He hates being called Rena. Please don’t let other students tease him about it.”

Valerie knew she had to tell her about the project, “Ms. Michelle’s, Your son is so incredibly feminine now. His appearance and what I can only think is manicured nails on his fingertips, most of all his motions. It is so easy to mistaken him for a girl that I think he may be transgender. Have you ever had him psychologically tested by a gender specialist?”

“Yes, and he recommended some medication but when he was very upset when he learned of the doctors determination. He maintains he is a boy. Please don’t mention anything about that to him or he will become a problem,” His mother told her.

“Ms. Michelle’s, You have to know how things run in this state. I am sorry to inform you that do to your child's extremely female nature, he has been selected for the state beauty pageant. Every high school in this state is required to select a number of male students to compete in the event. He has no choice in the matter, neither do you. If he refuses, he wont get any credits to graduate to the next year. He will be held back until he cooperates. Do you understand?” Valerie dropped the bomb on the stunned and now very angry mother”

“What the hell are you telling me, Mrs. Kendal. How can the schools get away with this? Aren’t there any courts or state oversight for such abuses.”

Valerie assured her, “Yes we have child services, courts and police. They agree with these training programs. This pageant is required by a state law. Take it to court if you wish, but you will loose. No court in the state will support you if you try to fight this. “

“How can such perversions be tolerated by the state. Making a boy compete in a beauty pageant. Well tell me what he will be required to do?”

“Several years ago a group of mothers on the board agreed and held a pageant for boys to compete in. They passed some rules that the boys had to in order to graduate. Your son will have to attend school as a girl. He will be assigned a girl to help teach him what he must do to win. She will be called a mistress and she is approved by the board. She is another girl student here and he will have to see her for tutoring and instruction several times a week. He will be dressed, trained in female mannerisms and such. Makeup, walking, heels, things we learned as young girls. It looks like he pretty much as most of it,” Valerie laughed. His mother wasn’t the least bit happy. “I have to warn you, the girls can be kind of cruel to the boy contestants. The pageant is set for the summer so he will have to attend his entire freshmen year as a girl, serving and learning from a group of real girls. I think it is time for Rena to come in so we can inform him about this. “

There didn’t seem to be any way out of it. She had to tell Rene. She said, “Let me tell him myself and then you can talk to him. He will be very upset and I hope you know what your doing."

As soon as mom tells him, he ...

Jezzi Stewart's picture

... should ask, "Are you going to make me do this?" If she says yes, he should start running and he shouldn't stop till he's over the state line.

If he hates being taken for a girl, why does he act like one?

I think you need a backstory to explain why the redest of red states would support a project like this?

** She will be called a mistress ... “I have to warn you, the girls can be kind of cruel to the boy contestants. **

So the project really isn't about the boys at all but about training domminatrixes?

This is going to be one weird story!

"All the world really is a stage, darlings, so strut your stuff, have fun, and give the public a good show!" Miss Jezzi Belle at the end of each show

BE a lady!

Because they can?

Mississippi has, come to think of it many states have, some very weird laws on the books. Usually they are local ordinances and long ignored but sometimes insane laws prevail for years.

Those who know America history and film know of the Scopes trial and the where and why fors of that or have seen they fictionalized version called Inherit the Wind so this stry’s premise though bizarre is not impossible.Very stupid, harmful laws and court rulings have come from what were probably well meaning people, look at "sepatate but equal*.

Best of luck, I have my suspicions this will be far more than a simple forced fem story. Lots of potential. I do agree, how did they ram this law though? Plus, if the men get upset enough at man haters like this school official picking the boys to embarrass them, say a bad/tragic incident occues as part of this program, what's to say they won't pass a law forcing a beauty contest where girls must live as boys for a year, male clothes, football, crew cuts, bound breasts or anti estrogen and male hormones for a year -- they have it, Tamoxiphen(?) used for breast and other cancer follow-up treatment.

Is this just the dressing, mentoring/teasing or are drugs, surgery and mind control involved or if not *legally required* they are often cohersed/blackmailed/tricked into it? What if a boy still acts effeminate after the contest year is over for while, it took a year to act convincingly female, it might take time to switch fully back. Is he protected? Are they forced to date boys during the year or other deliberate embarasment 'to help them perfect their feminine deportment" or whatever name the officals would use for it.

What if the boy it TG or intesexed, what then? What do the poor boys get out of this who were forced to particpate, do they get any special compensation for the expense and effort and possible harm to them or is it all considerd "a learning experience?" Why is this woman a man/boy hater and what did she mean about the mom being in trouble for leaving Nevada?

A little background here and there would be nice.

best of luck.

Wow

Any "normal' boy would run like the wind. But, I do not think Rene will run. Deep down he probably knows that he is a girl. So, this project will bring out the best in her. Look forward the the next chapter.

Seems rather pointless

to take a boy who already has been treated roughly by his peers. What is the point to humiliating someone who has gone thru the hell called Grade School. And the girls -- maybe they should be called "Satan's Maidens." Future Dommes?

Why aren't they taking on those overgrown egotistical bastards called bullies? Because their perents have too much political clout, I'd guess.

It's an interesting concept, but boys are already not very well liked in schools. In many places, it's the girls that get an education, go on to college, and, unless a boy is a whiz in sports, the only thing he'll need to know is, "Do you want fries with that?"

I agree with Jezzi, that

I agree with Jezzi, that this story should be told in retrospect as to how Rene got to be selected for this pageant. Of course, in the state of Mississippi, the courts will back up the school if the school has an education goal to back this up. I also agree that this isn't about the boys but about training female dominatrixes. So anyway, there should be a prequel to this, so we can understand why the move, and how Rene was selected for this pageant. Thank you for sharing.

"If I have to be this girl in me, Then I have the right to be."

I thought

it was clear why Rene was selected. Because of his body type and feminine style

Selection Process

The story isn’t at all clear about whether it is set at the start of a school year or during the year. If it is during the school year, why haven’t all the positions in the project already been filled?

It also appears that the school administrator’s chose Rene for their project before they ever had the chance to meet him, so unless they already had all his school records and the records were sufficient to determine his suitability then they must have had a different reason for choosing him. Perhaps as an outsider it was though that he was fair game?

You have an interesting premise and I’m looking forward to where you go from here.

oh ok

Sorry. I guess I should have made things more clear. I will have to rework this
